Let’s get the details sorted out so we can focus on the glam! It is a lot to read, but I want to be super clear so you know what to expect and what’s included.

  • How can I book a regular makeup appointment?

  • How far in advance should I book? Are there seasons that are in high demand?
    I suggest booking makeup services at least 4 months in advance… and that’s cutting it real close! This is Southern California- it is always wedding season! The months in my calendar that typically book up first are April through August. So don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

  • How many weddings do you book per year?
    Between 35 and 40. Why, you may ask? Well, I’ll tell ya! I am all about quality over quantity! I am like LEGIT committed to a standard of excellence on all fronts- that includes being super responsive and accessible. My mantra is to spark the essence of joy within you every time we meet and I can’t really do that if I’m tired and over worked! ;) Learn more: the experience.

  • When should I book my Bridal Trial?
    Whenever you want! There is no right answer. You can book it tomorrow! I think it is a great idea to coordinate your appointment with a special occasion or photos! After all, you are going to look and feel like a million bucks! If you are planning to wait to book your trial please consider placing your deposit. A deposit and signed contract are required to hold your date and secure my services.

  • Do you offer airbrush?
    Nope. I dig traditional makeup way more! Airbrush makeup does not guarantee longevity. It is simply another way to apply your makeup. 

  • Do you offer discounts?
    Nope.

  • What makeup do you use?
    I have spent over a decade experimenting with so many amazing brands. You will find products in my kit that range from luxury high end to some killer drug store products! I don’t discriminate. Here are some of my favorite brands to name a few: Charlotte Tilbury, Tarte Cosmetics, Too Faced, Maybelline, NARS, Graftobian, Kevyn Aucoin, Cover FX, Makeup Forever, Laura Mercier, RCMA, Becca, Hourglass, MAC, NYX, Makeupgeek, Colourpop, Ben Nye, Urban Decay, and Anastasia Beverly Hills.

  • Do you offer Hair Styling?
    No, but shoot me a message and I’ll send over my referrals for amazing Hair Artists in the area! 

  • You’re based in Redondo Beach. Do you travel?
    Absolutely! I am available to travel throughout Southern California! My Bridal Packages include 20 miles of travel. Accommodations are required when your location is 100 miles or more away from my Studio.

  • Do you have a minimum booking requirement?
    *The following answer pertains to new bookings* Please view your booking contract for more details. I do not have a minimum booking requirement.

  • I have a big bridal party. Can you accommodate everyone?
    Maybe. This will depend on the the size of your party and the time everyone needs to be ready.
    I have a booking limit of 8 persons per party/ per day. If you’d like to inquire about your party please send me a message!

  • How early do we need to start makeup to be ready?
    Great question! I won’t know until we chat about your wedding day timeline. Bridal Makeup is scheduled for 90 minutes and everyone else is scheduled for 60 minutes. If you’d like to get an idea you can e-mail me for a mock schedule. You will receive a beautifully designed excel sheet to plug in the names of your party members up to but no later than 2 weeks from your wedding date. We can always make adjustments! I’ll send as many excel sheets as you wish :)

  • I never wear makeup. I want a super natural look for my wedding day. Are you the right artist for me?
    I consider myself to be a very versatile and well rounded artist, however, my work is pretty consistent and my style is what I like to call ‘Natural Glam’. It’s the kind of makeup that allows all of your features to pop, and looks absolutely stunning in photos, but doesn’t feel or look like a pound of makeup on your skin. These are the items I use to create my signature bridal look: moisturizer, primer, eyeshadow base, eyeshadows, eyeliner, brow pencil, brow gel, foundation, concealer, loose powder, setting powder, blush, highlight, bronzer, contour, lip liner, lipstick, lip gloss, eyelashes, and setting sprays. If this overwhelms you, we are probably not the right fit for each other. There are so many amazing artists that do very natural, beautiful work who may be a better fit!

  • Are lashes included?
    Absolutely! Eyelashes are included in my rates. I always have at least a DOZEN styles of lashes in my kit as well as individual custom lashes to suit all of my brides and their requested styles.

  • How does payment work?
    I use Square to send invoices for your deposit and final balance. Don’t worry, you don’t need a Square account, you can use any card to complete payment. The final balance reflects all services for your booking and is due 7 days prior to your event date.

  • Do you stay for touch ups?
    Touch Ups are available for $100.00 per hour and the clock starts as soon as makeup is completed for the last person on the schedule (this will be noted on the final excel schedule sent to you). You must request for touch ups before completing your final payment. Your makeup will seriously last all day though and having me there for touch ups, I find, is not necessary.

  • What if my wedding date changes, or I cancel?
    As a wedding industry professional in high demand, I can’t guarantee that I will be able to accommodate any changes. For this reason, all deposits and payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. I am, however, the furthest thing from a cold hearted robot- so if something comes up, just text me and I will do my best to work with you :)

  • How can I book you?!

  • Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
    Please read my contract thoroughly before signing it! What if I asked you to name your first born child Patricia?!

    Okay, but seriously, there are no hidden fees or small print on my contract, but you do have to read it. The clauses mentioned in my contract include:

  • Retainer (Booking & On Location Fee)

  • Early Start Fee

  • Touch Up Fee

  • Assistant Fee

  • Mileage and Travel

  • Accommodation Costs and Parking
